Balmoral Avenue Residence

The original 1940's house was 'lite' on the insulation which made for a cold home in the Winter and a warm home in the Summer, with considerable energy being used to both heat and cool the structure. With a new roof of R-48 and walls with R-26 we created a house that was 26% and 44% respectively better than minimum code. In addition, the location is very near O'Hare Int'l airport and now the house is significantly more quite.
