Chicago Deck Project 1

The existing home had no area designated for outdoor use. Created here was an exterior environment able to be used by many. The unobtrusive screened porch evolved into the creation of a balcony for use off the Master Bedroom. Privacy and a BBQ area were also incorporated into the program.
