Prospect Avenue Residence

This small but quaint little Tudor style home was just not big enough to handle this family's needs. Loving the schools, neighborhood and neighbors they made the decision to add on. The architectural style of this 3-story addition was maintained with the roofing tiles matching the existing and exterior aesthetic of the original shapes. To boost the insulation value even further, it was constructed with an exterior insulation finish system (E.I.F.S.). Even with the addition doubling the size of the original house, it still maintains it cute and quaint qualities.
